I am drawn to paint the ocean, the nature of the waves and rhythm of its current as it reminds me how alike it is to the human spirit.
The ebb and flow of the tides is very grounding and reminds me of the elements of nature and balance. The rise and fall of the waves is so emotive and reflects the soul of the human heart.
I am ever amazed how the stillness of the sea can become an overwhelming strength of water, in a storm.
The skycape creations are also a porthole of a moment, a feeling that captures the heart.An understanding that this world and all the beauty that surrounds us has been given to inspire us to live a fuller life each day.
